Studio-e a CASE conference sponsor

For the second year in a row, Studio-e is a platinum sponsor of the 2009 CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) District II Conference in Baltimore, MD, Charting the Future—March 22–24.

The annual conference offers four workshops and more than 30 sessions that “address crucial and timely topics in alumni relations, advancement and marketing/communications.”

As a platinum sponsor, Studio-e designed both the conference identity and the program guide. In addition, Studio-e’s principal and creative director, Liz Rotter, will co-host the following session with Paul Redfern, director of web communications and electronic media at Gettysburg College:

What Can Higher Education Learn from Barack Obama?

The country just experienced what some would call a transformational election. What can higher education learn from the way Barack Obama not only communicated with traditional print and web mediums, but also used social media and web 2.0 tools to carry his message and engage supporters? In an era where budgets are being tightened and organizations are being asked to be more efficient, how can your institution use some of these tools to accomplish your goals and communicate your messages?

Studio-e is also a bronze sponsor of the 2009 CASE District I Conference, Charting the Course, in Boston, MA, March 9–11 at the Westin Boston Waterfront. We designed and contributed the conference tote bags, and will host a booth, #516. Stop by and visit us.
