Making more for less
Content can often be used beyond its original intent, allowing your institution to save money and time. Studio-e strives to see the “big picture” for our clients, making them aware of the possibilities for reusing existing photos and storylines to meet current marketing needs.
We recently completed Strong Voices, a six-panel mailer for Westover School, using content we originally produced for the school’s campaign case statement. The piece was sent out at the end of the admissions cycle as a “closer” for admissions, assuring parents that Westover is the right choice for their daughters and encouraging them to accept the admissions offer.
Our work for the case statement included conducting interviews with select Westover alumnae and current students. With our admissions marketing hats on, we reviewed the interview transcripts and extracted content to illustrate outcomes of a Westover education: strong, motivated, highly successful women with diverse interests. Along with the repurposed quotes and text, we used photos of Westover alumnae with current students originally taken for the case statement, providing engaging visuals without additional costs.

Studio-e has been an active partner with Westover School, meeting with school leaders during the year to discuss and plan ongoing marketing and brand initiatives. To learn more about the various projects we've developed for Westover, see our portfolio.
